Attorney Brandon L. Peak, a partner at Butler Wooten & Peak LLP, is the new president of the Columbus Bar Association. Brandon is an experienced litigator. He has successfully handled cases involving wrongful death, product liability, personal injury, whistleblowing, professional negligence, trucking and class actions. Through his efforts, we have collected more than $500 million in verdicts and settlements for our clients. In addition to his role with the Columbus Bar Association, Brandon is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He has also served as president of the Chattahoochee Bar Association.
Brandon believes in promoting and supporting the health of his community. He and his wife, Brooke, are the proud parents of four young children, ages 8, 7 and 3-year-old twins. He is a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church in Columbus, Georgia, and serves on the Pastor Parrish Relations Committee. He is an active member of his Sunday school class. Brandon serves on the school board at his children’s school and even finds time to serve as an assistant coach for his son Charlie’s baseball team.
