BP LLP to Co-chair False Claims Act Summit

By Butler Prather LLP on December 7, 2020

BP LLP is pleased to co-chair the Second Annual False Claims Act Summit on Wednesday, December 9.
The seminar will be virtual this year.  Click on the link below for more info & registration info about the CLE.

In 2019 alone, under the False Claims Act (“FCA”), the federal government recovered over $3 billion against those who defrauded the federal government, and paid $265 million to the whistleblowers who exposed that fraud and abuse.   You can learn more about these cases and what it takes to pursue one at the 2nd Annual (virtual) FCA Summit on Wednesday, December 9 at 1pm.  The summit is hosted by Butler Prather LLP and Chilivis Grubman Dalbey & Warner.

The FCA Summit will once again be a great opportunity to hear how leading lawyers from across the FCA spectrum—whistleblower lawyers, government lawyers, and defense lawyers—navigate this unique terrain.  We’ve got an excellent line up.  We’re also having a virtual cocktail/networking reception for attendees immediately following the event.

This conference has been approved by the Georgia Bar for 3 CLE hours.  The seminar is free of charge and will take place on Zoom.

You can view the agenda here and register here.

Please feel free to call or email Ramsey Prather with any questions (ramsey@butlerwooten.com).

I was in a complex premises liability case involving a multinational corporations. Mr. Butler & his associates were always three steps ahead of these defendants. When they say they are "exceptional trial lawyers," this is not just a slogan but it is a way of life.”
