Joiner, et al. v. Hercules, Inc., United States District Court, Southern District of Georgia, Brunswick Division. Property damage class action for nuisance and trespass. This case was brought on behalf of the owners of 156 parcels of residential and commercial property in Glynn County, Georgia. Toxaphene, an insecticide manufactured by Hercules, Inc. and banned by EPA for use in the U.S., was found in adjacent neighborhood next to Hercules’ chemical plant in Brunswick.

I was in a complex premises liability case involving a multinational corporations. Mr. Butler & his associates were always three steps ahead of these defendants. When they say they are "exceptional trial lawyers," this is not just a slogan but it is a way of life.”
